That is really weird. Basically, Verizon's DNS servers don't know about your website. A DNS is basically since websites are really external servers with a whole bunch of numbers. Computers need xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (x is a number) to find the server, but we remember like walmart.com. GoDaddy should have told Verizons DNS servers about your website.
