Via Portable WiFi hotspot. To connect to multiple users to use at the same time, use your mobile as a WiFi hotspot and connect upto 8 devices. 1. Go to Settings. 2. Select “Wireless & networks”, then “Tethering & portable hotspot” and check the “Portable WiFi hotspot”. 3. An ongoing notification appears on the notification bar. 4. The phone is a Windows Phone 8 device and hasn't been updated since I installed W10 on my laptop, so only the laptop has changed. I can still connect my Windows 7 desktop to the phone's hotspot so I'm sure Windows 10 is the issue.

My hotspot shows up in the available WiFi list and shows as "on" but it fails every time. The phone is a Windows Phone 8 device and hasn't been updated since I installed W10 on my laptop, so only the laptop has changed. I can still connect my Windows 7 desktop to the phone's hotspot so I'm sure Windows 10 is the issue.
